W.H. Myers Construction Company served as Construction Manager for this Police and Fire Federal Credit Union free-standing branch and one-acre site development located in Warminster, Pennsylvania. Completed in December 2016, this 4,950 square foot building was the fourth standalone branch constructed by W.H. Myers Construction for Police and Fire Federal Credit Union.
The design of this branch includes a t-shape two story clerestory, brick façade with a masonry accent band and a front entrance tower bearing the Police & Fire Federal Credit Union logo. Construction of this branch involved steel beam, bar joist and column structuring along with concrete spread footing and piers, structural stud framing with spray-in insulation, split face CMU and brick, EPDM and standing seam metal roofing, and aluminum storefront doors and windows. This building is one of many branch constructions and renovations completed by W.H. Myers Construction Company over our 35 year history.
