This 15,540 square foot renovation was designed by Buell Kratzer Powell in conjunction with AHA Consulting Engineers. The project included office renovations of the 4th Floor B and C wings of the 3401 Walnut Street building for the School of Engineering and Applied Science at the University of Pennsylvania.
This project was completed in two Phases – Phase I consisting of work in the B wing, and Phase II including work in the C wing. Additional efforts on this project involved a complete replacement of the storefront suite entrance, restroom renovations, and A/V inputs such as audio recordings and projector screens.
